删除产品的税费

您可以删除正在销售的产品的税费。如果客户具有免税状态或产品不适合收税,则可能需要执行此操作。

步骤:

将产品添加到购物车。

点击产品。

点击税费以禁用它。

重新打印收据

苹果系统:

在 Shopify POS 应用中,轻触 ≡,然后轻触订单。

轻触要打印其收据的订单。

轻触收据 > 打印收据。

当您准备好发送电子邮件时,请轻触更多操作

轻触发送购物车。

输入客户的电子邮件地址。

备注:如果您将客户添加到购物车,则系统会为您预先填写客户的电子邮件地址。输入其他电子邮件地址不会更改附加到此订单的客户。

可选:输入将包含在电子邮件中的消息。

查看产品推荐

备注

此功能目前在 Android 设备上不可用。

Remove the tax on an item

You can remove the tax from an item that you are selling. You might need to do this if the customer has tax-exempt status or if tax is not applicable to the item.

Steps:

Add the item to the cart.

Tap the item.

Tap the tax to disable it.

Reprint a receipt

iOS:

From the Shopify POS app, tap ≡ and then tap Orders.

Tap the order that you want to print a receipt for.

Tap Receipt > Print receipt.

Android:

From the Shopify POS app, tap ≡ and then tap Orders.

Tap the order that you want to print a receipt for.

Tap Receipt > Print receipt.

Print a gift receipt for a completed sale

Note

The gift receipt option appears only if you have a receipt printer.

Steps:

iOS:

From the Shopify POS app, tap ≡ and then tap Orders.

Tap the order.

Tap Receipt > Gift receipt.

Android:

From the Shopify POS app, tap ≡ and then tap Orders.

Tap the order that you want to print a receipt for.

Tap Receipt > Gift receipt.

Email cart details to a customer

From the Shopify POS checkout, add the customer's choice of products to the cart.

Optional: Customize the cart as needed.

When you're ready to send the email, tap More actions

Tap Send cart.

Enter the customer's email address.

Note

If you add a customer to the cart, then the customer's email address is pre-filled for you. Entering a different email address doesn't change the customer who's attached to the order.

Optional: Enter a message that will be included in the email.

Tip

You can customize the email that customers receive by editing the Email cart for Shopify POS template in Shopify. Read more about customizing email templates.

Tap Send.

View product recommendations

Note

This feature is not currently available on Android devices.

You can view product recommendations directly in the cart. You can add a product recommendations tile to your smart grid, or view product recommendations through the More actions menu.

Steps:

From the Shopify POS app, tap More actions.

Tap View recommended products.

Tap a product to add it to the cart.
